Children Must be 8+ to participate in the Fox enclosure!
Participants under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All encounter bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. We kindly ask that you plan carefully before confirming your reservation.
If you need to make changes, bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled encounter. Requests made within 24 hours of your booking time cannot be accommodated.
